About Hollister Kids
August 4, 2008 – 7:35 pmHollister Kids Co. opened its first original store in the year of 2000 in July, it was actually at the easton town center in columbus, Ohio. Their concept was formulated by a man by the name of Mike Jeffiries, supposedly he had Hollister Kids in mind since the beginning of his birth, but he didn't say much about Hollister Kids, until it was time. The goal was to provide an atmosphere for the HCO shopper. The story which is actually fictional states that a man by the name of JM hollister in 1922 as a pacific merchant shop in southern California.
Most of A&F's spins off and other types of businesses have came from a fictional background even hollister kids has came from a fiction background. Hollister company and the hollister kids company's rapid success led Abercrombie & Fitch Co. to notice that the hollister company and the hollister kids company brand was eating into the revenue of the AF, referred to as a cannibalism effect WHICH IS ONE COMPANY EATS ANOTHER IN ORDER TO TAKE ITS PROFITS. In order to properly distinguish A&F from Hollister company and hollister kids company, higher-grade materials and construction were introduced strictly in the production of Abercrombies prices to sky rocket.
